Tables not cleaned despite the poster intended to indicate to the staff when to clean the tables (in covid period it is very blah) and not enough room for the world on the way back from vacation in summer.

We were in the Burger King on Irschenberg on August 28, 2020 at 8.15 p.m. UNDER ALL CRITICISTS. We sat in the restaurant. Tables were not wiped and certainly not disinfected. Tables were wiped by an employee with his bare hand (bad for him and for the guests!). The food was, well ....

Excellent civil service in a very nice location, you do not notice that you are along the highway. Nice play area for the children.

In terms of taste, Burger King has the edge.

By far the worst Citizen King I've ever eaten at. The food was so disgusting and inferior that 5 hours later I still feel sick. Furthermore, you can wait at least 20 minutes for the "fast food". If you watch the employees you cannot imagine that anyone is able to work even more slowly and less motivated than these specialists.

Friendly staff served the people in front of us in English and us in German. 4 stars as the tables weren't super clean with alot of litter around. Dont park near the service station, drive up a little further to get to the serials reststop park

Two errors when ordering. We had ordered two Rebel Whoppers without mayonnaise. One came with mayonnaise. Ordered a salad with balsamic vinegar, received it with yogurt dressing. Mistakes happen. But then you apologize. Nobody does that here. The employees are stressed here. Bad leadership. The restaurant does not have any modern order displays either. Accordingly, it ensures long queues and errors in communication.

Chaotic. Holiday time, 2 p.m. and only one cash desk open - everyone has to fill out the visit form. To top it off, communication problems when ordering ... Nerve-wracking.

A 1 for the burgers, but they are good by default. I've had very bad service. The attendant didn't ask what sauce I wanted and gave me what he wanted, so I asked him to change. But he did so reluctantly. He also did not ask me if I wanted to take with me or eat on the spot. I wanted to bring my menus, and when I said nicely at the end, he got angry because according to him I could see that he had put everything on the tray, but I said nothing. So I told him he didn't ask me and he shouldn't get mad for a mistake he made. (Customer is king: not) Then he would have called me names in his own language (not German). I asked after his name. He says he has no name (this tells a lot about his customer-friendliness: less than zero). When he gave the take-away bag with a sour face and bad words, I still had to ask for 2 colas behind the drinks carton because he said I had to carry everything loose. When eating my tasty burger I noticed that he (probably on purpose) did not give my till receipt. (Probably because it would have his name on it). Afterwards, I noticed that he has not paid my 0.50 cents from the toilet, while he had pulled this receipt from my hands without asking. I also asked behind his manager, but he did not want to call him. This guy should be fired on the spot as I am sure he has taken care of the other negative reviews.

Never had such bad service. 2 burgers were forgotten, of course also mayonnaise and if that wasn't enough the staff was very, very rude. The employee was also annoyed when asked about the 2 forgotten burgers and the mayonnaise. If you could give zero stars then I would.

The opening hours are very short because it is located directly on the motorway. If there are only 6 people on Friday evening at 9:30 p.m., you have to wait an eternity because there are hardly any staff. With the competition a few meters further, it's faster ...

Never saw such slow working people

I put a star ... if not, I could write the review .. For me it deserves nothing. .rather..!!! They put two coffees in my mind that I never asked for ... after trying to sell me some snickers ... insisting a bit .. With the two 1.50 euro coupons I showed up at the coffee bar and the surprise goes on ... !! I still had to add two euros to get the two coffees I never asked for ... !!! Fortunately, they are Germans .. !!
